12 June 2008, OSGi/HGI/UPnP Workshop in Berlin
The increasing demand of software modularity and software lifecycle management in general and convergent smart-home solutions in particular requires all involved parties incl. service providers, gateway- and home-equipment manufacturers as well as standardization bodies to cooperate. The OSGi-Alliance would like to invite you to this workshop on June 12 to share information about software development trends, ongoing standardization activities and to have an open discussion on whether and how we can align the standardization acitvities to satisfy the requirements of convergent smart-home solutions faster. Industry Experts from the Home Gateway Initiative, UPnP-Forum and OSGi Residential Expert Group will attend this workshop.
