Service Property Namespace Register

This is a registry for namespaces of service properties. The name of a namespace is used as a prefix for service property names. When used in a service property, the name of the namespace must be followed by a dot. That is, a namespace of name, encompasses name.a, name.b, etc. but not nameandmore.
