End2End Cologne meeting March 1 and 2

Invitation

It would be great if everybody who wants to submit and discuss requirements could start with filling out the RFP-Template. It does not need to be finished until the meeting, but this way we have a starting point for our discussions.

We will start on Thursday March 1st at 10.30 and finish at 17.30. On Friday March 2nd we will start at 9.30 and finish around 15.00. I'll send you a detailed agenda on Wednesday, when I know who wants to present new requirements.

If you haven't done already, please confirm your participation. Please let me also know if you intend to submit and discuss new requirements at the meeting

A cab/car is required for all hotels to reach ProSyst.

A good booking site is www.hrs.de (also in English). Usually you will get a much cheaper price.

Cologne can be easily reached via the Cologne/Bonn Airport (ca. 30 Euro,- for a cab downtown) or via the airports Düsseldorf (ca. 45 minutes), Frankfurt (ca. 1 hour) Amsterdam (ca. 90 minutes). Landing at these airports, a train ride to Cologne is recommended.
