The OSGi Tool Summit is a meeting of people that are closely involved in build tools for OSGi bundles. Eclipse PDE, Maven, Sigil, Groovy make, etc. The goal of the meeting is to find out how we can collaborate to reduce the pain of making OSGi bundles. Currently, there are many good and popular partial solutions. However, the popularity of IDEs interfere with the power of offline build systems, and getting started is hard. Getting our noses pointing in the same direction might make the difference for hundreds of thousands of developers.
